Gift Aid

Donations and sponsorship payments are eligible for Gift Aid providing donors are paying at least the amount of UK income tax reclaimed on their donations. In the 2011/12 tax year this makes a £100 donation worth £125 to the Anglo-Thai Foundation. Higher rate tax payers can reclaim a further 20% or 30% respectively of tax in their tax return.

Support a child at primary or secondary school

ATF 0896 Khemrat is 12. His father has died and he does odd jobs in his free time to help out his family, who are very poor. He is a good student. Please help!	ATF 0946 Thayida has just turned 11 and is a very good student in fifth grade of primary school. She comes from Sisaket Province.

The Anglo-Thai Foundation is UK Registered Charity No. 1000093 and since 1990 it has been making annual grants to bright schoolchildren from the poorest families in Northeast Thailand to ensure they are able to attend school and complete the education provided by the state.		In 2011 the Anglo-Thai Foundation made education grants to 480 children and young people, from primary school to university level and paid to repair a classroom for a village school.
